The first book I chose to read was Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. I chose this book because I had read the first book of this series which was The Hunger games. So I just decided to read the second book of the series which was this one. Plus it was one of the books the teacher recommended. Another reason I chose this book is because I really enjoyed reading the first one so I thought maybe this one would be as good as the first. So far its good and it has started off fast. My sister had read this book a year ago and she recommended it also so I wanted to read it. My sister had a copy of this book so I just got the book from her. Another reason I chose this book is I plan on reading the third book of the series which is the last one and its called Mocking Jay so you kind of need to read the first two in the series to know whats going on in the third.
I can't wait to hear what you think of this book! Of the 3 in the series, Catching Fire is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteGreat job Michael. Glad you like the book so far, i haven't read any of the books but i saw the first 2 movies and i loved them. Have you seen any of the movies? If so do you think they are the same as the books?
